HARVEST
2020 is undoubtedly a historic harvest, one of the earliest in recent decades
Chile. The quality and ripeness were great, with more than a month of
advance. Yields followed the downward trend of previous harvests. The
White wines from cold and southern climates stand out for their freshness and
exceptional maturity, which will certainly place them among the best harvests of recent
years.
TASTING NOTES
COLOR: Deep red with violet hues.
AROMA: Fragrant, intense and marked by floral aromas, licorice and blueberry.
MOUTH: Structured, broad, with medium acidity and long persistence. Presents notes of
cassis, blueberry and toasted hints of tobacco, coffee and hazelnuts.
ALAYA Syrah can be enjoyed both now and in 4 years. It is perfect for
accompany dishes such as roast lamb, pork or dishes with intense flavors or
slightly spicy.
SERVE AT: 16°C
DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN
ACONCAGUA VALLEY: This northern valley benefits from a high thermal amplitude and
the influence of cold air currents coming from the Pacific Ocean and the Cordillera of
Andes. The selected soils are poor, which makes it possible to obtain wines
concentrated, yet fresh. An ideal terroir for producing elegant Syrah with character.

fermentation temperatures around 26°C - 28°C during alcoholic fermentation.
ALCOHOL: 14.5%.
CREATION: 8 months in French oak barrels
