TASTING NOTES

Visual phase: Intense violet-red.

Olfactory phase: The first nose presents clear notes of violets, as well as black fruits such as blackberries and blueberries. Aging in French barrels provides aromas of sweet spices and soft toasted aromas.

Taste phase: In the mouth it presents freshness, consistent with what we find in the nose, and presents elegant tannins.
